I went to this store while visiting family in NC. I was greeted with a warm hello. The store is clean and has many options for pets and people. I had bought a shirt, and realized after I washed it, it had an issue. I called the store, they said they would exchange it. I live in NJ and I mailed it out. I was sent a replacement within the week. When I called, a woman Isabelle was very professional and helpful. There was no problem with me sending and doing the exchange. I recommend this store. It is a fun store too. My next trip to NC, I will be sure to stop in and support the business. Never seen such friendly people who love their job. Like I said I am in NJ, you do not see friendly people at all really.

Great local place to pick up higher quality foods and treats for your fur babies from people who genuinely care! Mary and all of the ladies pay attention and listen to my senior dog's needs and encourage all my "crazy dog mom" tendencies, which is exactly what I appreciate and love!

They carry the best dog treats. I pick up some Veronica's Doggie Delights every time I stop in. They are grain free and my dogs go crazy for them.

I stopped in while on vacation and had such a great experience! Isabella was super knowledgeable about the natural, high-quality foods they carry, and she helped me figure out the best option for my fur baby. We even ended up swapping pet stories and talking about her dog, which made the whole experience feel really personal and friendly. The store has an awesome selection, and with her help I left feeling confident in what I picked for my pet. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great shop! They helped us find the right sizes for our dog and very easily let us return and exchange the following day when he hated the hat and the harness was just quite too big for him.

Great shop downtown .. Literally $2 under all the major pet stores. Rewards program is awesome too. So if you live downtown forget the car keys for a drive just let pat & charlie get ya there

The best shop ever for natural dog treats - their selection of open stock is huge so you can customize your choices & quantity. It’s worth a visit for odorless bully sticks alone. I got chews for my dogs that they’ve never seen in suburbia and I’m certain it will blow their minds! There’s plenty of packaged options including a surprising selection of antlers. Pet gear is available too - I would have purchased a soft cone like theirs if I had the option at home but of you need one, they have you covered. Cats are represented too but that wasn’t my focus :)

My old dog had not eaten anything for almost 4 days. I went in Unleashed and told them what the problem was. They showed me some food that she would probably eat . She did and inhaled it. After seeing her not eating for 4 days I was losing hope! I truly believe that you saved her! Thank you bunches, Carrie and Lil Bit.
